July 25, 2022 – Austin, Texas, United States – In July 2016, Niki Spears left her position as principal to pursue her dream of helping schools and organizations create and sustain a positive culture. Her passion for culture is driven by a desire to help others become aware of how they present themselves at work and the impact of their behavior on others. As a young child struggling with negative thoughts, Spears found purpose in helping others live inspired lives by focusing on the good things happening around them. Niki now travels the country, helping school leaders, educators and students adopt a healthy, vibrant and inspiring mindset through her motivational books and events. His new book, ‘The Culture Cre8or’, slated for release August 8, 2022, is his latest contribution to helping leaders and educators around the world be their best selves and is currently available for pre-sale on Amazon and Barnes & Nobles.

Spears says, “I write books about self-improvement because I understand that the way to improve the overall culture of any team is to first improve your personal culture. Growing up in a family that didn’t understand how to set appropriate boundaries and have courageous conversations, I witnessed firsthand the impact these people’s behavior and attitude had on the whole family; the same is true for organizations. I want readers to understand that to be a good leader of any organization, you must first lead yourself. There will always be people and events that test your self-esteem, which can make you doubt who you are. Spears points out that great leaders understand the power of taking 100% responsibility; are self-aware and open to differences in people and opinions. “I hope that after reading the book, the reader will be more attentive to their own leadership style, both strengths and opportunities,” Spears says. Spears uses a fictional character, Matthew Mason, to create events in “The Culture Cre8or” that most leaders can connect to, allowing them to assess their own leadership as they follow Matthew on a journey to transform the world. school culture. The story will allow readers to become more engaged with their own families and work communities while learning valuable leadership strategies.
